Generally speaking, tent camping and traversing the natural landscape may not be accessible to those with limited mobility. The terrain is uneven, mostly flat, and consists of walking paths to/from camping and the beach stage. There will be at least 1 ADA portapotty available.
If you have specific questions around accessibility, please reach out to us hello@canyonvibration.com -
Volunteers are selected via an application process which will go live in May. Stay tuned to our IG for the announcement.
Volunteers must already have a ticket to Canyon and will be paid $25/hr for shifts worked during the event. Payment will be sent within one week of the event ending. -
We’ve tried that. Unfortunately things come up and folks end up not showing up for their shifts, which puts a lot of strain on our very small staff.

Yes, each vehicle needs a parking pass. Please purchase one ahead of time to help the check-in process so quickly and smoothly.

We sure hope to, which is why we’ve got the Community Access Fund. The request form for attending the event via CAF, will open in the spring.

Through donations and fundraising, the Community Access Fund (CAF) works to break down financial and cultural barriers that limit access to the campout experience. CAF aims to foster a sense of belonging and strengthen connections that extend far beyond the event itself.
Launched as a pilot program in 2024 funded solely by a percentage of ticket sales, CAF proudly supported over 30 recipients. CAF is now combining contributions from generous donors and ticket sales. The goal is to increase the support available, eliminating financial barriers that could prevent the most marginalized members of our community from participating.
